Trailblazing the Divine Light -Reiki Level 1 , A Work in Progress

"I will walk through the door, when it opens for me"

Best life is what I wanted to live since a long time. Physical and material makeovers are easy. How about a spiritual makeover? How about a system that will teach me how to nurture from the very source of energy ? Focusing on the symptoms are easy. We are all champions in over-worrying. Stopping the continuous chatter in  mind is easy when we meditate. Why not get into a life style where this chatter is cleared for ever. Every cluttered energy and blocked circuits are flushed open.

Here's my Reiki Diary from attunement to 21 days of cleansing :

29-11-11 : Initiation - I feel a vibration at the center of my palm. The process felt extremely liberating. Saw my deity and a diamond so bright that it hurt me in my eyes. Each time Ma'm asks me to pull my hands apart , its impossible as it feels tied by an unseen force and locked.
30-11-11 : Cleansing. Mam taught us cleansing for 72 mins and our body felt super charged. We suddenly  become super active. Read about the detox during the 21 days. Most important message, "Any issue , concern, habit or behavior which was controlled or kept under the wraps will burst in spurts. This needs to be acknowledged and waited upon with patience till it subside. When the moral from each flux would come out, it would be resolved forever." This is an internship to learn and understand  the alchemy and its rhythm . Everything , be it mood, or life situation will endlessly swing to and fro. The wisdom find the alignment to strike the stability is what we would learn.
1-12-11  : Gave Reiki to my Reiki Box and wrote the first few wishes in it. A sudden attack of diarrhea , yet I don't feel sick. I was fine the next morning without any medication
2-12-2011: Pangs of hunger. I am so hungry that I cant stop eating
3-12-2011: My laptop suddenly stopped working. A black screen with no way out to resolve it. My work was getting hampered, so I gave reiki to my laptop. I switched it on after the process was over, it worked as if nothing was wrong !
4-12-2011: Extremely emotional flux. In one moment I am trigger happy , the other moment terribly sad. Issues that I buried in time, come back to trouble me as if nothing was ever resolved. I acknowledge, the choices I made. I understand I choose the best in my blue print . My angels helped to choose and guided me further. God blessed me even when I was not praying. The result is a consequence that taught me all I need to learn. I am grateful it happened. I paid the price and accept the wisdom. My sister gifted me a Deck of True Love Tarot. A set of arty cards with a divine message, just what I needed. I get a backache, from a very old injury . I offered Reiki energy to heal me of that pain. I thank the Universe for choosing me to be the medium and my back to receive the energy.
5-12-2011: Financial issues shows up to be resolved. I am still eating uncontrollably. Sleep is another area which have suddenly shot up.
8-12-2011: My food chart seems to have gone for a toss. Called for help, and requested Ma'm for a solution. She sent me distant Reiki and it starts falling back to the mould. Practised Chakra meditation by Doreen Virtue.
9-12-2011: My dreams keep getting clearer with accurate messages from the other world. I feel stronger as I surrender my fears and worries to God and fill the newly created vaccant space with divine light. I choose divinity in everything :)
13-12-2011: Offered my first Reiki healing session. A truly divine experience. Saw Sai Baba and Gudri Baba in red outfit with Rudraksh. My hands were red hot and my body was clearly vibrating. The energy that choose to pass through me was enormous. At the end of the session, when I was leaving for home, found a white feather , Thankyou Angels !
14-12-2011: I endure Martha Beck's thoughts to stop questing my sanity and choose to see the reality in the situation. Remain guided by relevance and facts.
15-12-2011: I decide to surrender all my illusions to god and choose divinity instead. Whatever that doesn't work for me, I set it free and remain grateful that I was chosen for it. I feel happy
16-12-2011: I took my second Reiki healing session today. It felt very peaceful and happy. Aashee smiled repeatedly at me and made my day. I heard Mritunjay mantra during the session.
17-12-2011: Found a Rs.100 note while returning home. Miraculously , I could rightly read the alpha numeric code on the note even in complete darkness. True to Mr. J.P.Mirpuri's word, "darkness would vanish, the moment you connect yourself to your consciousness and set the inner light on". I wore my Aventurine buddy today :)
18-12-2011: What is it that Universe know, yet I don't. Rather, what is that message which universe would unfold onto me, right when it is destined ? Indifference was the learning of the day. It doesn't mean no control or a non-caring attitude. It only means no reaction and even response till, it becomes unavoidable.
19-12-2011: It feels I have returned home to find, what I have been searching around. Suddenly, finding me seems to make every circle complete. I am the one , I have been looking for. Living every moment means a lot more meaningful now. Being with me and enjoying my own company . Every moment which I lived and had fun, such as my first trip to Goa, which I took on my own, seems lot more wonderful now. Thankyou God for the bliss of solitude.
20-12-2011: I follow my arc with happiness and joy. I love everything god brings to me. I believe in destiny and trust each time I am rightly on my track, my joy would be doubled as divine acknowledgement. I choose to laugh and be happy about everything. I romance me, through every moment and bask in joy.
21-12-2012: I doubt nothing and continue to surrender every hint of it. I choose to listen to my vibes and follow the guidance. I remain eternally thankful.

I believe in Angels - A Divine Intervention

I attended a training session on Angels by Mrs. Gitu Mirpuri. This was a divine calling to unravel what lies underneath and beyond a conventional mind. An education grooms a rational mind with the worldly ingredients , which patterns our thought process. As a part of taking charge of life and soul searching, I followed myriad ways. I have attended a course on Neuro Linguistic Programming during my MBA. This helped me to understand the brain and rational thinking. It teaches how to identify the syntax that stimulates a response. I had blogged my learning in Brain Programming. I have been reading, attending Past Life Regression sessions and meditating to attenuate my soul searching. These collectively helped me to understand the life path and remain grateful for all that came my way.

To take this journey of my soul ahead, I attended this course and share my learning below:

1. This course is designed to learn, how to connect with angels. This is a must do for all who wish to stay guided and connected to the universe. 
2. It  includes introduction to the angels, techniques on connecting with the angels and how to open up to receive the information. The surprise unfurls as the learning gets internalized.
3. What makes the difference is the orientation facilitated by Mrs. Mirpuri. She helps in opening up every blocked channels of energy and belief systems, thereby empowering us, to a new way of thinking. She shares her experiences while reading the signs and receiving guidance. These discussions are divine, as she share words and instances, mystically connected to the trainee. This creates an everlasting impact and makes it easy to implement the techniques.
4. Practicing angel healing, helps in breaking the negative behavioral patterns, which spirals us to stress long before we know.  Its the chosen one, who can learn to wait with patience and value everything rightly, to enjoy the fruits of faith. 
5. We always have a choice either to kill a moment or make the best use of it. These techniques adds the divine sparkle to our honest human efforts, making our daily lives beautiful.  Ma'm drew a lovely parallel between a train journey and a life full of stress. She said, "Imagine, all of us have bought a train-ticket and boarded the train. We are making the journey. Yet, we choose to carry the load on our heads, even though when we are entitled to a space to keep our bags down , sit comfortably and enjoy the ride."
6. Signs and symbols reach us, yet waits for our eagerness to follow them and will to remain guided.
7. We should always choose to give power to god than to our fears. When meet our fears, we can up this game by seing the divine intervention in them.

Here's my internship on what I learnt on Day 1 :
I went to many shops and left my cell phone in one of them. I remained unaware of this incident for next half an hour. Suddenly, I knew I have lost my cell phone. Rather than panicking, which is obvious, I saw a vision to where the phone was and sounds around it. I went straight to that shop and asked for my mobile phone. The shop keeper  returned it to me with the same words and pictures , that I saw in my vision. I continued my journey and requested the angels to let me know who had helped me. I opened the Training Notes and my eyes fell on Arch-Angel Chamuel. He is the angel to be called upon for help and requested, when any belonging is lost. I thanked him. Its so beautiful to realize that they help us and connect, even before we have called upon them. They are around us all the time. We remain grateful to receive this divine guidance.

My practice continues with the guided meditation, as referred in the course. I see signs even when my brain is clouded. I may not act upon them, often miss reading them further. But here's how it works. The signs from the above are sent on a purpose. They ensure we deliver through their divine ways. Here's a recent example, I wanted to write this blog post, yet was procrastinating. Today when I went out, a Plumeria [as shown in the pic], fell from a tree right on my feet. I thanked and brought it home. The entire day, I had a feeling that I need to hear something on youtube. Just as I went there, here's the video that I found.

Serendipity and synchronicity
Abstraction and ambiguity
A tryst in discernment !

How does it feel to turn the problem on its nose ?
Relieved ? Why does it feel so ? Just because the stakes vanish ?

Now turn to yourself , start the journey to you
a lifelong student to the soul searching school.

Just finished listening to the audio book called 'Only Love is real'. It reassures, everything on this earth is rightly on its place. I am rightly on my track. I follow the arc with faith and gratitude. Free will graces me to make my life better. Listening make more sense than talking. I believe in angels. I choose to be happy and dance with joy , for I receive the gifts from abundance. Muah....I love you Universe :*

Re-igniting an old flame

What on heavens is this ? 
Why revisit the pain ?
Was it all a perceived bliss ?

Helical structures refine, as we propagate.

Formlessness

Few days back I saw a TED video on different usage of silk. Its one of the most primitive form or protein strung together, which have the power to be finest at the same time toughest! Sounds strange is int it ? How can silk be used to store data better than a CD? It doesn't stop there , it can ever be used to produce screws that joins broken bones !

How does this works? Is it necessary for any strong and resourceful object to have a definite form? What do we do, when we see forms? We type cast them. We can wait to group them in families and exercise our right to convenience!

How does formlessness work? If someone wants to hide a source code in a software program, they fragment it. The very seed which is supposed to bear the plant, is rather squandered! This spreading over beyond the boundaries, strengthens the object. The fact that they remain beyond to what meets the eye, makes us defenseless to them. 

Being born for it

We are serving the purpose of our life. But how do we figure that out ! Are we working on it ? Or we shooting our arrows in the vacuum ? How do you know what you are doing is the purpose of your life?

Few things work out, certain directions come out of the blue ! Is that it all? Or do you trust what is shown to you? Here is what guides me.
Have an heart felt desire for something.
See if it is strong enough to keep you awake ;)
Make mistakes and see where it takes you ? Are you filled with questions and doubts? Alternatively , you have pushed yourself ages ahead with new learning and implementations ?
Lose your way completely and see how you find it back !
Believe that you were born for it .
Make sure that, there are many people , far and near, who benefits and profits from it.
Bring in abundance for others.
Don't worry , if you are alleged, to be just another Narayan Murthy fan, socialist at heart , presented through words, yet end up being the biggest capitalist of the land !
Follow the inner light. You don't chose your failure neither your success. Your work is your baby , you don't own the result but will remain accountable for it.
Let abundance chose you, Go on with the flow ! 

Losing ego ?

What is losing ego ? A life long process, listening advice, absence of love .........
Why should one lose it ? To begin the evolution or there is nothing cool enough to loose ?
Why does everything boils down to losing ego? Just because there are no better answer ? Does anyone truly care about it anyways !
I am questioning it . However, I don't know whether I can truly lose it or not !

Lets make a list of what I feel at the moment , how I define losing ego:
Not judge oneself or anyone in that sense
Endlessly questions and seamlessly find answer? But then, thats enlightment , ie to know it all !

Ed Clark asked  What are the mistakes that you made, acknowledge and corrected ?

Reality check vis- a-vis to what we imagine ourselves to be ! Become  we are to what we were meant to be. Humility , trust the unknown, faith in God ?

Joys of summer

The bright hues, from the morning dew
 flickering dreams, of crimson and blue.

Birds and bees , merrily glee,
string music, weave symphony.

A romance so pure , a darling to endure,
before it flees , tracing rains and vibgyor

An holiday inside your head

When the heart yearns for a holiday, brain may not allow. There are no bounds to the mind,  that swells with joy of imagination. The limits drawn, are physical. The opportunity awaits, beyond them. Traveling through the realms of mind into the land of dreams is the best holiday. So pack your bags, with lovely stuff that fills you with joy. Take single steps to move towards what you want to be. See yourself there. Look at the lights and the shadow of this new world around you. Feel the jubilation to have reached the land of your dreams. Visit every spot with elan and grace. Click your pictures with memories that matter. Smile, for its you, who is looking! Shop all what you wish to. Pay the price that you would love to. Take a ride with joy and laughter. Blow bubbles of fun. Step on every tile, to claim this happiness. This is your holiday to happiness.... Go for it !

Love within

Love is an internal constant and not an external variable . Tagging it to an external variable creates in-dependencies. The balancing act comes when there is no external variable created. So how does it feel to be in love with no external variable. Here's how it feels.
You would love to hear music and poetries, but not attach these syntaxes to anyone in particular.
You would have the same smile and ecstasy without anyone else claiming to be the reason for it !
An eternal joy engulfs you , when you say , I am in love !
This frees you as there are no external entity to which this feeling is tied.

Self immolation

We don't realize that we are, deep down, the lane of self immolation. We inculcate deep seated beliefs, which subconsciously triggers us into actions.  We may diet, yet remain unable to control our hunger. Why are we contradicting the disciplines that mean so much to us?
A re-look into our soul will answer that the sub-conscious actions are from the beliefs we have cultivated through pains. We agree to lose what we had always valued. This unheard statement, runs in our mind with extreme surreptitiousness. Resulting, failure of every attempt to regain the turf.
Here's what awakened me from the dead voices in my head "A pact with yourself". I find light around me and the words that I so much wanted. Somehow, I see things working out now! This new found belief add my wings back, that I have longed to see :)

Do Nothing

STOP !!!!!
*Watch your thoughts . Hold your mind for a while and check the thought that you are going to receive.
Breathe , listen to the silence between your breadths.
Find the motionless in whichever state you are.* Did you get any thought ? Could you hear all the sounds around you, including the chirping of the farthest bird?

Are you truly doing nothing now ? You are holding yourself. You might find it fun in the beginning , but uncomfortable no sooner. Be there. Dont change your state.

The goal is to remain in that state for long enough to be comfortable and effortless. Finally, if you are reading this, please try it not during your early morning sessions, but during your meetings when someone is flared up against you. Does being in touch with yourself help you ? This is not escapism, but being present consciously. In Ekhart Tolle's words , feel the power of now .

Seeking Acceptance

If you wish to seek acceptance, accept hatred , dejections and every thing that you get. Agree to be in the receiving end. That's the goal !

Choice

Dew Drops

They say choose from your strength and not your weakness. In a moment of doubt chose what love would do . Identify the point where your actions are initiated, from fear or from love. If the thoughts are triggered from love it would be a strength till feels stand apart from the emotions. As described by Paulo Coelho in Brida, the bridge between the visible and invisible is lost when the feelings are overwhelms and is personalized into emotions. Trying to understand every feeling is the way for pushing them into emotions.
Focusing back on the moment of choice takes one to neutral point where there is no hatred nor biases, just compassion and objectivity. Thats the point of strength . The moment of truth !
