Are you truly doing nothing now ? You are holding yourself. You might find it fun in the beginning , but uncomfortable no sooner. Be there. Dont change your state.
The goal is to remain in that state for long enough to be comfortable and effortless. Finally, if you are reading this, please try it not during your early morning sessions, but during your meetings when someone is flared up against you. Does being in touch with yourself help you ?
