An holiday inside your head
When the heart yearns for a holiday, brain may not allow. There are no bounds to the mind, that swells with joy of imagination. The limits drawn, are physical. The opportunity awaits, beyond them. Traveling through the realms of mind into the land of dreams is the best holiday. So pack your bags, with lovely stuff that fills you with joy. Take single steps to move towards what you want to be. See yourself there. Look at the lights and the shadow of this new world around you. Feel the jubilation to have reached the land of your dreams. Visit every spot with elan and grace. Click your pictures with memories that matter. Smile, for its you, who is looking! Shop all what you wish to. Pay the price that you would love to. Take a ride with joy and laughter. Blow bubbles of fun. Step on every tile, to claim this happiness. This is your holiday to happiness.... Go for it !

Love within
Love is an internal constant and not an external variable . Tagging it to an external variable creates in-dependencies. The balancing act comes when there is no external variable created. So how does it feel to be in love with no external variable. Here's how it feels.You would love to hear music and poetries, but not attach these syntaxes to anyone in particular.
You would have the same smile and ecstasy without anyone else claiming to be the reason for it !
An eternal joy engulfs you , when you say , I am in love !
This frees you as there are no external entity to which this feeling is tied.
Self immolation
We don't realize that we are, deep down, the lane of self immolation. We inculcate deep seated beliefs, which subconsciously triggers us into actions. We may diet, yet remain unable to control our hunger. Why are we contradicting the disciplines that mean so much to us?
A re-look into our soul will answer that the sub-conscious actions are from the beliefs we have cultivated through pains. We agree to lose what we had always valued. This unheard statement, runs in our mind with extreme surreptitiousness. Resulting, failure of every attempt to regain the turf.
Here's what awakened me from the dead voices in my head "A pact with yourself". I find light around me and the words that I so much wanted. Somehow, I see things working out now! This new found belief add my wings back, that I have longed to see :)

Do Nothing
STOP !!!!!
*Watch your thoughts . Hold your mind for a while and check the thought that you are going to receive.
Breathe , listen to the silence between your breadths.
Find the motionless in whichever state you are.* Did you get any thought ? Could you hear all the sounds around you, including the chirping of the farthest bird?
Are you truly doing nothing now ? You are holding yourself. You might find it fun in the beginning , but uncomfortable no sooner. Be there. Dont change your state.
The goal is to remain in that state for long enough to be comfortable and effortless. Finally, if you are reading this, please try it not during your early morning sessions, but during your meetings when someone is flared up against you. Does being in touch with yourself help you ? This is not escapism, but being present consciously. In Ekhart Tolle's words , feel the power of now .
